Fansclout is a platform that enables creators to share content and engage with their fans. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. These guidelines outline the rules and policies for using Fansclout and are designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws governed by Cyprus law.

2. General Conduct

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
• Users must respect the rights and dignity of others.
• Users are responsible for the content they post and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and our guidelines.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Fansclout:

• Illegal Content: Content that promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable law.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Violence and Threats: Content that incites or threatens violence.
• Harassment and Bullying: Content that targets individuals with the intention of harassment, abuse, or intimidation.
• Sexually Explicit Content: Content that is pornographic or obscene.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Content involving minors in sexual activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Self-Harm: Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide.

4. Content Moderation

Fansclout employs a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review content. Users can report content that they believe violates our guidelines. Fansclout reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

5. Intellectual Property

• Users must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Users grant Fansclout a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content they upload.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Fansclout is committed to protecting users' privacy and personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard user information. Users must respect the privacy of others and must not share personal information without consent.

7. Compliance with Laws

Fansclout operates in compliance with all applicable laws governed by Cyprus law. We will cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

8. Grievance Redressal

Fansclout has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints. Users can contact the Grievance Officer at Support@fansclout.com with any concerns or complaints. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Fansclout reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
